These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Reconchille Studios for your use of the QPlace app. Installing or using QPlace means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Please read the sections about places and liability. QPlace is a suggestion tool, not a booking service or a guarantee about anywhere it shows you. Opening hours, addresses and events come from third parties and can be wrong or out of date. Sections 6, 7, 13 and 14 describe that risk and limit our liability.
By downloading, accessing or using the QPlace mobile application (the “App”) provided by Reconchille Studios (“Reconchille Studios”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an independent app studio operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
QPlace turns something you say in plain language into real places to go and plans you can follow: opening hours, photos, and a route through an evening. You describe a city, a mood or an occasion, and the App works out the rest.
It is a suggestion tool. It is not a booking service, a reservation system, a navigation system, or a guarantee about anywhere it shows you. We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old — or the higher minimum age set by your country, such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area — and able to form a binding contract, to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.
You can browse without an account. You need one in order to subscribe, so that the subscription belongs to you rather than to a single phone.
You can sign in with Apple, or with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email address — it is how you get back in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you agree to tell us at info@reconchillestudios.com if you think someone else is using it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is immediate and it cannot be undone. See section 16.
Your first three asks are free. After that, QPlace Pro is required in order to send prompts. It is offered as:
The current price for your country is always shown on the purchase screen, in your own currency, before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or handle your payment details.
If a subscription lapses, your saved plans stay on your device. You simply cannot send new prompts until it is active again.
QPlace shows information about real venues that comes from third parties — mainly Google Places and Ticketmaster — and that information is then interpreted by an AI model. That means:
Check before you travel, especially for anything far, expensive or time-sensitive. Any arrangement you make with a venue is between you and them. Use your own judgement about your safety, and follow local laws and any venue’s own rules.
AI output is generated and can be mistaken. QPlace is built so that the model never invents a place, an address or an opening hour — those always come from real place data — but the wording around them is generated, and generated text can still be wrong or unsuitable. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

We may limit, suspend or end access to an account that does these things.
We try to keep QPlace running, but it depends on services we do not control, including Apple, Google, Ticketmaster and your own network connection. It can be interrupted, and features can change or be withdrawn as the App develops. Daily request limits apply so that the service stays usable for everyone.
Your prompts and your saved plans are yours. Sessions and saved plans stay on your device. We process prompts only in order to answer them, exactly as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process a prompt and return an answer to you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your subscription buys you that right to use the App, not any ownership of it.
The App and everything in it other than your content — including the “QPlace” and “Reconchille Studios” names, logos, designs, text, software and other materials — is owned by Reconchille Studios or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Place data, photos and event listings belong to their own providers. You may not use our names, logos or branding without our prior written permission.
QPlace relies on third-party services, including Google (Gemini and the Places API), Ticketmaster, Supabase, Resend, RevenueCat and Apple. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms where they apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Photos, listings and map data remain subject to the rights of their providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any place, hour, price or event it shows you is accurate or currently available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunity, and we are not liable for anything that happens as a result of a venue’s information being wrong, a venue being closed or unavailable, or a plan not working out. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reconchille Studios from any claims, damages, losses and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, or the content you submit.
You can stop using QPlace at any time by deleting your account and the App. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections 6, 7, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive termination.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in the App Store.
Our Privacy Policy explains what the App collects and who else sees it. In short: your sessions and saved plans stay on your iPhone, we send your prompt and approximate location to our backend only in order to answer you, and there is no advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts and execution offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us first at info@reconchillestudios.com so that we can try to resolve it informally.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of your own country continue to apply to you.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will say so in the App if the change is material. Continuing to use QPlace after that means you accept the new version.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
