Last Update: June 19, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Reconchille Studios for using the KeepUp app. We’ve kept them readable, but they remain a legal agreement, so please read them before using the app.
KeepUp is made by Reconchille Studios, an independent app studio operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye. Where these documents say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Reconchille Studios and the developer.

By downloading, installing or using KeepUp, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
KeepUp is a personal-organisation tool that helps you track habits, keep your own money records, and look after your pets, all in one place on your device. It is a tool for your own use and general information only.
KeepUp, including its Deep Dive educational content and any curated habit programs, is provided for personal organisation and general information only. It is not medical, health, psychological, nutritional, fitness, financial, investment, tax, legal or veterinary advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional who knows your situation before making decisions about your health, mind, money or pets. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read or tracked in KeepUp. Any decision you make based on the app is your own responsibility.
If you think you may have a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. KeepUp is not an emergency or crisis service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your device secure, and for keeping your own backups of anything important to you. Because your data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app, resetting or losing your device may permanently delete it.
KeepUp stores everything locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy). We do not hold a copy of your data and cannot recover it for you. Please export or back up anything you cannot afford to lose.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use KeepUp for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to the App Store Terms. The information you enter remains yours.
You agree not to misuse the app: don’t use it for any unlawful purpose, don’t try to interfere with or disrupt it, and don’t copy, modify or reverse-engineer it except to the limited extent the law expressly permits.
KeepUp and its design, original content, logos and trademarks are owned by Reconchille Studios or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the licence above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepUp is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the app will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reconchille Studios and the developer will not be liable for any outcome, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising directly or indirectly from your use of (or inability to use) KeepUp or its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
KeepUp is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If you use KeepUp as a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights under the law of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces those rights.
We may improve KeepUp and update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll revise the “Last update” date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
