KeepUp is built to stay yours. It keeps your habits, your money and your pets in one place, entirely on your device. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what that means for your privacy.
KeepUp (the “App”) is made by Reconchille Studios (“Reconchille Studios”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an independent app studio operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye. Where these documents say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Reconchille Studios and the developer.
You can reach us any time at info@reconchillestudios.com or via www.reconchillestudios.com.
KeepUp has no accounts, no servers, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. The information you enter is created and stored only on your device. We cannot see it, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
When you use KeepUp, the app saves the things you create so you can come back to them, including:
All of this lives in a private database inside the app, on your device only.
Nothing. Because KeepUp has no server and no analytics, we do not collect, receive, transmit or store any personal information about you. We have no technical ability to access the data you enter into the app.
If you add a photo to a pet, the app uses your camera or photo library only to attach that single image, which is then saved locally alongside that pet. Photos are never uploaded anywhere. iOS asks for your permission the first time the camera is used, and you can change that permission in Settings at any time.
Reminders you set (for habits, expenses or pet care) are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. They are not routed through any server and contain only the text and timing you choose. You can disable them in iOS Settings.
The Deep Dive section may include links to reputable outside sources (for example, university or health-organisation articles) so you can read more. If you tap one, it opens that website, and from that point you are subject to that site’s own privacy practices, not this policy. We don’t send them any information about you; opening a link is your choice.
If you turn on iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup, your KeepUp data may be included as part of that backup of your device. Those backups belong to you and are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms, not by us. We never receive them.
KeepUp may offer optional paid features in the future. If it does, any purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your name, card or payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
KeepUp does not include third-party advertising, analytics, attribution or tracking software, and it does not sell or share your data, because it has no data about you to share. We do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA), so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is required.
KeepUp is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age set by your country, such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect data from children, and as explained above, we do not collect data from anyone.
Because your data never leaves your device, you stay in full control of it at all times: you can view, edit, export or delete it from within the app, and deleting KeepUp removes its data from your device.
Where laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, those rights are met directly by you on your device. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to look up, export or erase on our side, and we never sell personal information. If you have any questions about your privacy, contact us at info@reconchillestudios.com.
Your information is protected by your device’s own security: your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and the data-protection built into iOS. We recommend keeping a device passcode enabled. No method of storage is ever completely risk-free, but keeping everything on your device and off the internet removes whole categories of risk.
If KeepUp changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update the policy inside the app and revise the “Last update” date above. Please review it from time to time.
