01/Film, Animation & Long-Form Video Pipelines
We build AI production pipelines for film, animation and long-form video, and we can take part at any point of the production: a single step, or the whole line from idea to final cut. Each pipeline is built around the production that needs it, the models that suit it and the crew that will run it.
One example: the platform we built for ourselves
Mindplace is the platform we built for our own productions and for the studios we work with. A brief goes in; a script, a locked master frame, keyframes, narration and score come back. Built for film and animation, where a production speaks lens, angle, block and beat.
The engines.
Storyboard Engine boards a scene two ways, and in Plus mode every face is locked, so a cast survives a whole board. Scene Engine works a single frame five ways: orbit it, relight it, push it past its own borders, spin it into a full sphere, or scout the location it was shot in.
The direct line.
Four video models and four image models behind one prompt surface. The sentence you typed is rewritten natively for whichever engine you pick, because the same intent has to be spoken differently to each of them. No workflow, no pipeline, no ceremony.
The whole thing on rails.
A brief goes in and a production comes back: script, master frame, keyframes, narration, score. Five stages, each one standing in for a real role on a crew, and a Master Frame locked at stage two that every later shot is generated against.
We are also its hardest user. Every frame below came out of this platform, on our own productions. The tool makes the series, the series finds the friction, the friction becomes the next release.
From our own productions
