By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TravelerApp (the "App" or the "Services"), operated by Reconchille Studios ("Reconchille Studios", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Reconchille Studios. Together with our Privacy Policy, they govern your access to and use of the Services.
The Services are intended for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age and, where required by applicable law, the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (for example, sixteen (16) years in certain EEA member states). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email authentication. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement actions or to abuse promotional offers, including free trials.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Services on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in or to the Services. We retain all rights, title, and interest not expressly granted by these Terms.
TravelerApp offers auto-renewable subscriptions at the following tiers (introductory pricing for Türkiye, subject to change):
Prices in other regions are displayed in the App Store and localized in your currency. Applicable taxes may be added by Apple at checkout.
New subscribers may be eligible for a three (3) day free trial. The trial is available to first-time subscribers only and is subject to Apple's eligibility checks. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the rate selected at signup.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Renewal charges are applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current subscription rate.

To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Upon cancellation, automatic renewal stops; you retain access through the end of the current paid period.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel the underlying subscription purchased through Apple.
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Reconchille Studios does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit:
Where applicable local law grants you statutory refund or withdrawal rights (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts, or withdrawal rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502), those rights are preserved to the extent not waived by the performance of the digital service with your consent.
We may modify subscription prices from time to time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated in advance through Apple's notice procedures and, where required by Apple policy or applicable law, will require your affirmative consent before taking effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
The Services allow you to post journeys, routes, landmark notes, comments, events, avatars, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, subject to the license granted to us below.
By submitting User Content, you grant Reconchille Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to format or adapt for different screen sizes), create derivative works from, publish, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except that: (i) we may retain content that has been shared with or reshared by other users; (ii) we may retain aggregated, anonymized analytics; and (iii) we may retain content where required to comply with legal obligations or enforce our rights.
You agree not to post User Content that:
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or egregious violations, at our sole discretion.
The community features of TravelerApp are intended for respectful, constructive sharing of travel experiences. You agree to:

The Services may display information provided by third parties, including Google Places, Google Gemini AI-generated content, and user-submitted content. This content is provided "as is" without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of any third party.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including without limitation the source code, design, look and feel, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, graphics, and compilations of data, are owned by Reconchille Studios or its licensors, and are protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, our trademarks, or our intellectual property, except for the limited license expressly set out in Section 4.
"TravelerApp", "Reconchille Studios", and associated logos and designs are trademarks of Reconchille Studios. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners. Use of our trademarks requires our prior written permission.
The Services provide travel-related information, suggested routes, landmark data, weather information, and AI recommendations for informational purposes only.
Information provided by the Services, including maps, distances, travel times, opening hours, accessibility, terrain difficulty, and weather, may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You must independently verify any critical information before acting on it.
Reconchille Studios does not warrant that any recommended route, landmark, or activity is safe, accessible, or suitable for you. You assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to: terrain hazards, water, wildlife, weather events, traffic, health conditions, altitude, and criminal activity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reconchille Studios disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of travel information provided by the Services.
The Services include AI-generated content and recommendations powered by Google Gemini. AI outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, inappropriate, or fabricated. AI may generate plausible-sounding but incorrect information (sometimes called "hallucinations").
Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification from qualified sources. AI output is provided "as is" and does not represent the views, recommendations, or professional advice of Reconchille Studios.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the Services will be free from errors, defects, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, or that any defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from us or through the Services creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reconchille Studios and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reconchille Studios and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your User Content; (ii) your use of, or inability to use, the Services; (iii) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately via your Apple ID as described in Section 5.4.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to other users or to the integrity or security of the Services.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including without limitation intellectual property, user-content license, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive. Your User Content and account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The following terms apply to your use of the Services delivered through the Apple App Store (the "Licensed Application") and govern your license, in addition to, and never in conflict with, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant consumers the right to bring claims in their country of residence.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through written communication at reconchille@gmail.com for a period of thirty (30) days.
EU consumers may submit disputes through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Turkish consumers may, to the extent applicable, apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email sent to the address associated with your account. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before material changes take effect.
