Welcome to Trackie!
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackie mobile application ("App", "Service"), a daily habit tracking application with educational content developed as an independent project.
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use Trackie. Users under 18 should use the app under parental or guardian supervision, especially when accessing educational content.
b. You are responsible for your use of Trackie and for complying with all applicable laws.
c. Trackie is designed for personal habit tracking, self-improvement, and educational purposes only.
d. You may not use Trackie in any way that could harm the app, its functionality, or other users' experience.
e. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
f. You may not use Trackie in any manner that is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
a. Trackie is available at no cost to download and use.
b. The app is provided "as is" without any subscriptions or in-app purchases. There are no paid features or premium upgrades.
c. Trackie displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help support the continued free availability of the app.
d. Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device's ad settings and Google's privacy policies.
e. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features or content in future updates, but the core habit tracking functionality will remain free.
f. Distribution is exclusively through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
a. Trackie does not collect any personal information directly. There is no user registration, account creation, or login system.
b. All habit data, progress tracking, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and Core Data.
c. No data is transmitted to external servers, cloud services, or third parties by the app developer.
d. However, Google AdMob (a third-party service) may collect limited, non-personal data related to ad performance and delivery in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
e. Widget functionality uses iOS App Groups to share data between the main app and widget, but this data remains on your device.
f. If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
g. The developer does not track your usage patterns, collect analytics, or monitor your habits in any way beyond what is automatically collected by Google AdMob for ad display purposes.

a. Not Medical, Psychological, or Nutritional Advice:
Trackie does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional consultation. The app is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional counseling.
b. Professional Consultation Required:
Always consult licensed healthcare professionals before making health-related decisions. For mental health concerns, seek help from qualified psychologists or psychiatrists.
c. User Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for evaluating the content in the context of your own health condition and personal circumstances.
d. Emergency Situations:
In case of medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately (112 in Turkey, 911 in US). For mental health crises, contact crisis hotlines immediately (182 in Turkey, 988 in US).
All habit programs, templates, and suggestions provided in Trackie are general guideline templates, not personalized medical or therapeutic interventions.
Programs and templates provide general frameworks that must be evaluated and adapted to your individual circumstances. Results vary significantly based on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed. You assume all risks associated with implementing any program, template, or habit from the app.
The Trackie app, including its design, code, algorithms, user interface, and educational content compilation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your habit data and any content you create within the app belongs to you.
Trackie is designed to work offline and locally on your device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and may suspend service for maintenance or updates.
Trackie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any educational content or programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use Trackie, including health outcomes from using educational content or programs, loss of data, or any financial losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
