These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Moneyflow+ mobile application ("App") and related services provided by the Moneyflow+ development team.
a. You must be at least 13 years old to use Moneyflow+.
b. You are responsible for how you use the app and must comply with all applicable laws.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.
d. You may not use Moneyflow+ in any way that could harm the app, its users, or interfere with normal operation.
e. You may not use Moneyflow+ for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Moneyflow+ is designed for personal finance tracking and management. All primary features are included in the base version of the app. Certain optional features may require future updates or permissions.
Your use of Moneyflow+ is governed by our Privacy Policy. All financial data entered by you is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to external servers. We do not have access to your personal or financial information.
Moneyflow+ uses Google AdMob to display non-personalized advertisements. AdMob may use limited, non-identifying device information (such as advertising IDs) solely for ad delivery and frequency control. Please review Google's advertising policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Moneyflow+ provides optional iOS widgets and local notifications. All related data processing occurs entirely on your device via iOS systems; no external servers are used.
All content, features, and design elements within Moneyflow+ are owned or licensed by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app or its components without written permission.
Moneyflow+ provides tools for personal budgeting and expense tracking. It does not provide financial or investment advice. Any insights or analytics are informational only and should not replace professional advice.
All app data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete your records. We recommend using the app's export feature regularly to back up your data. The app automatically archives monthly summaries for easier tracking.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. Upon termination, your license to use the app will end, but your locally stored data remains on your device.
Moneyflow+ is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneyflow+ and its developers are not liable for any damages, including data loss or device malfunction, resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted here with an updated "Last Update" date. Continued use of the app after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
